Juan Ulloa, DDS, is an oral & maxillofacial surgeon with Trinity Medical Group, fellowship trained in Head and Neck Tumors and Reconstruction Surgery.
A graduate of the Colombian (SA) College of Dentistry, he completed a surgical residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Miami’s prestigious Jackson Memorial Hospital. During his residency he spent four years with Dr. Robert Marx and other world-renowned surgeons, focusing on head and neck cancer, tumor surgery and reconstruction of facial deformities.

Upon graduation he was awarded the Professors Cup for Outstanding Resident, and following residency he remained in Miami to complete a fellowship in Head & Neck Tumor and Reconstruction Surgery. He is fellowship trained in Oral Implantology and holds a fellowship credential from the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
