Robert A. Dicken MD Dr. Robert A. Dicken is a board certified ophthalmologist with more than 20 years of experience caring for people in need of medical and surgical eye care. A Thief River Falls native, he was graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead and received his medical degree and Ophthalmology training at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Dr. Dicken is one of the most experienced cataract surgeons in the Devils Lake region, with extensive experience in laser and surgical treatments for glaucoma. He also specializes in eyelid surgery and provides general Ophthalmology care.
