Charles Gasser MD Dr. Charles Gasser is a board certified otolaryngologist who provides medical and surgical treatment of the ears, nose, and throat, including general sinus surgery, treatment of snoring and sleep apnea problems, as well as pediatric ENT, and head and neck surgery. Dr. Gasser earned his medical degree from the University of New Mexico in Alburquerque and completed his residency in his specialty at the Naval Hospital in Oakland, CA.
