Grief Resources

Bereavement Classes - “Hope & Healing After A Death” is a series of six sessions for people who have experienced the death of a loved one.  Topics include the phenomenon of grief, the mourning process and self-care strategies to promote healing.  Contact Carol Mohagen, Trinity Hospice, 701-857-5083 or N.D. toll free 1-800-862-0005.

Camp Discovery - A two-day summer day camp for children ages 6-15 who have experienced a death of a loved one, Camp Discovery offers a mix of recreational activities and group sessions designed to spark conversations about the emotions surrounding death and the many changes it brings to families.  For information call Trinity Hospice at 857-5083 or 1-800-862-0005.

Support Group - Compassionate Friends is a support group for bereaved parents who have suffered the loss of a child of any age.  Meets the 2nd Monday of each month, 7 p.m., 5 South Classroom, Trinity Hospital.
