Trinity Sports Medicine is proud to have the region's only Family/Practice Sports Medicine Specialist on our staff. Dr. Dawn Mattern (pictured above) is board certified in Family Practice and fellowhip trained in Sports Medicine. A graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand Forks, she completed her residency in Family Medicine at UND's Minot Center for Family Medicine, where she received the Resident of the Year Faculty Award. She completed her sports medicine fellowship at Ohio State University. During her tenure there she served as team physician at the Ohio State University Sports Medicine Center.
