Now we're able to carry that mission a step further with a comprehensive program aimed at helping people achieve their personal health and fitness goals using the latest methods and research available in exercise science. We've assembled some of the finest exercise specialists in the country to help you achieve a lifestyle that is practical, effective and enjoyable. Our Mission Trinity Exercise Physiology is committed to enhancing human health, physical fitness and athletic performance through research, education, and service for people of all ages and abilities. Trinity Health Staff With 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry, coordinator Norm Judd holds a Master's degree in exercise science from the University of Tennessee, where he also served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a certified personal trainer and also has experience in the field of corporate fitness and recreation. Trinity's staff is professional, motivated and highly trained. All have at least an undergraduate degree in a health/fitness related field and are certified (or in the pursuit of certification) by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), and/or the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
