Trinity’s Garrison Community Clinic opened to serve patients and improve the quality of health in this area. Conveniently located at 131 Main Street in downtown Garrison, the clinic offers lab tests, blood pressure screenings, and health information.

The clinic welcomes Hedi Rime, FNP-C, a Certified Nurse Practitioner, provides primary care to people of all ages, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, prescribing appropriate medications, interpretation of diagnostic tests to identify health problems and preventive care to prevent disease.

Conveniently located at 604 1st St N, next to the Good Samaritan nursing home, the clinic offers blood pressure screenings, other health screenings and health information, and general medical care.

Specialists within Trinity Medical Group, such as in Orthopedics (bones & joints) visit the clinic on a rotating basis—look for these announcements in the local paper. Physical Therapy is another service offered at the Clinic, with registered physical therapists seeing patients here on a regular basis.

Western Dakota

The Western Dakota clinic, founded in 1956 and member of the Trinity Health system since 1995, serves western North Dakota and eastern Montana with primary care and specialty care physicians and features an ambulatory surgery center, a laboratory to assist medical staff with their diagnoses, and radiology services to provide x-rays and other exams like mammography.

Conveniently located in the heart of Williston at 1102 Main Street, the clinic offers blood pressure screenings, other health screenings and health information, and medical care for the entire family with physicians specializing in Family Practice, Obstetrics/Gynecology, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Otolaryngology, Audiology and Podiatry.

Physical Therapy is another service offered through Western Dakota, in a cooperative effort with the City of Williston. A registered physical therapist sees patients at the Raymond Family Community Center on a regular basis.

Completely renovated in 1992, Trinity Homes is a 290 bed long-term care facility featuring rehabilitative services and therapies provided by registered and licensed medical professionals.

In addition, there are a variety of outside services available to residents, including: audiology, dental, diagnostic, and podiatry. Our residents also enjoy numerous social activities scheduled daily by the Activity Department.
