CARDIOPULMONARY REHABILITATION

How Do You Become Involved in Cardiac or Pulmonary Rehab?

A physician referral is needed to get started in Trinity's cardiac rehab or pulmonary rehab programs. Referral usually follows heart or lung surgery, a heart attack, or other cardiac and pulmonary illnesses. If you wish to learn more about enrollment, call 857-2338 and ask for the cardiopulmonary nurse or exercise physiologist.

Payment Options

Most insurance plans cover the initial outpatient phase of cardiac and pulmonary rehab. A per visit fee is charged for the maintenance program.
