Meeting Name: Prepared Childbirth Class
Long before you ever touch a soft cheek or hold a tiny hand,
your baby is depending on you.
Description: Prepared Childbirth, with emphasis on the LaMaze technique, is taught throughout the year. Each session provides extensive information regarding:
- Exercise and Breathing Techniques
- Labor / Delivery
- Anethesia & Analgesia
- C-Section
- Early Postpartum
- Newborn Care
- Newborn Feeding
 Participants should pre-register early, but attend classes during the last 6-8 weeks of pregnancy. Enrollment is limited.

Time: 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Cost: Free to parents delivering their baby at the Trinity Hospital Family Birth Center.
Location: Health Center Riverside located at 1900 8th Avenue SE.
Directions: Travel east from the Hospital to the N.D. State Fairgrounds entrance go South on 8th Avenue SE approximately one block. Enter from the south side of the building.
