Description
Each session provides extensive information regarding exercise and breathing techniques, labor/delivery, anesthesia and analgesia, C-section, early postpartum, newborn care, and newbord feedings. Also includes a tour of the Family Birth Center.
Participants should pre-register early, but attend classes during the last 6-8 weeks of pregnancy. Enrollment is limited. Please call 857-2310 or 1-800-862-0005 to register.

• Saturday - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Description
The goal of this two-day workshop is to provide you with the
most up-to-date information on current issues relating to pain
management. Experts in the field of pain management will
present practical approaches for the diagnosis and treatment
of pain.
