Prepared Childbirth Class
Description
Each session provides extensive information regarding exercise and breathing techniques, labor/delivery, anesthesia and analgesia, C-section, early postpartum, newborn care, and newbord feedings. Also includes a tour of the Family Birth Center.
Participants should pre-register early, but attend classes during the last 6-8 weeks of pregnancy. Enrollment is limited. Please call 857-2310 or 1-800-862-0005 to register.
Time:
• 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., with the 4th class from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m.
Location:
Health Center - 3rd Street, 420 3rd St. SE. Enter the building from the 5th Avenue side near the gravel parking lot.

Description
Presented by Trinity Mental Health Services, these classes are geared towards families with children 0-12 years of age. Each session begins with a light supper.
